Absolutely. I like to meet before you decide to book. If you need to lock me in before a meeting that is no problem, we will certainly get together before your wedding day. This means you haven't got a complete stranger turning up on the day and also lets me get to know a little bit about you which can influence the way I shoot and edit your film. If getting together in person is difficult we can meet for a video chat online.

When you book me I'm yours for the day. As a general rule I am with you 2 - 3 hours before your ceremony and 1 - 2 hours after your first dance. I do not leave until I have everything I need to make you a perfect set of films and will not charge for any extra hours if for any reason your wedding runs slightly later than expected.

It's a good idea to book as soon as you can to avoid disappointment. Summer dates are usually booked well in advance but please enquire to find out if your date is available. A 25% booking fee is all that is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding day. Enquire about your wedding date.

Castle Media is based in Perth but I also travel across Australia and beyond. If your day is going to take place within Perth and the South West then all the travel costs are covered in the package. If you are getting married further afield there may be an additional fee to cover travel and accommodation.

Of course! I hold full public liability insurance to cover against any potential accidents. If your venue needs to see the forms just let me know!

I like everything to be as natural and relaxed for you as possible. I do my best at staying unobtrusive to you and your guests throughout the day. A skilled wedding videographer, for the most part, will generally remain unseen during the day. I pride myself on using minimal equipment, keeping your wedding day free from disruptions and piles of clutter at your venues.

Absolutely not. I do not use contractors at all. I personally shoot and edit every wedding I'm booked for. This way I can guarantee that every film I make has the same style, quality and attention to detail. This is something I'm really proud of and it is becoming a rarity in the industry.

Certainly. I love to shoot beautiful drone footage to include in my wedding films. I am CASA accredited to operate commercial drones throughout Australia. A drone is the perfect way to create stunning shots of your venue and the surrounding landscapes. All drone footage is subject to venue rules, weather and Australian drone laws.

Yes please! I will be at your wedding the entire day and I would be so happy if you could arrange some food for me. I don't expect a full 3 course meal, just something to see me through. Most venues will offer supplier meals if you enquire with them.

The music is handpicked to suit the feel and pace of your day and is selected to be perfectly paired with your footage. The music is sourced from specialised licensed music websites that ensure that my films to do not get flagged for copyright infringements. I enjoy finding songs that couples will love as well as discovering unique and original songs that give a personal feel to each film. Unfortunately, due to copyright laws I cannot use songs released by commercial artists.

Delivery times can vary throughout the wedding season depending on my workload. I personally edit every wedding and will never send your films to strangers from online editing services. I aim to deliver all my films within 6 weeks of your wedding day. Yes, that's weeks...not months!
